Data, access, and erasure requests

Where to find the actual policies, and why disconnecting is not erasure.

Start with the actual documents

The footer links to privacy information, terms, and the deletion procedure. They contain the operator details currently supplied and the contact process. This guide explains the app; it does not replace those documents.

Access and ordinary removal

The workspace is available to authorised people. Invitations are tied to a specific email address. Do not share sign-in links, tokens, or integration keys in notes or feedback.

Disconnecting Instagram stops further connection activity as described by the app, but does not itself erase all history. Ordinary contact deletion may also retain minimum records that prevent repeated replies.

For a full erasure request

  1. Open the published deletion procedure in the footer.
  2. Use the stated contact or the confirmation code from the Meta process.
  3. Provide only proportionate details to verify the request. Never send a password.

Data already transferred to an external email tool may need a separate follow-up process.

A request received through a signed Meta callback is not a completed erasure. With Unified Login, a human login identifier cannot safely be guessed to identify the connected Instagram account; the operator must verify the request and its scope first. You can revoke access through Disconnect in Settings and through Meta integrations. Never share a token or password.
