Export contacts to CSV
A portable file with actual data and headings in the interface language.
Export intentionally
In Contacts, choose the export of all contacts. The file may contain personal data, such as voluntarily provided emails. Store it somewhere with appropriate access and do not share it as a public link.
- Check the workspace and your role.
- Select the interface language for export headings.
- Start the export and open the downloaded CSV in a spreadsheet tool.
People’s details, automation names, and their own wording are not translated when you change language. A CSV is a snapshot at export time, not a live connection.
Before importing elsewhere
Check the target columns and purpose of further use. Capturing an address for a resource does not establish consent to marketing campaigns. When transferring to Mailchimp or Ecomail, preserve the appropriate status and your own information obligations.
Export does not delete studio data. A request for full erasure follows the separate published procedure.
