Monthly allowances and waiting messages
How confirmed sends, reservations, and allowance resets work.
Find the actual allowance in the studio
The plan overview shows DMs sent and reserved capacity. The default Free plan provides 500 private DMs per month, but an administrator can set a different limit. The public Pro and Growth pricing proposal does not change your workspace permissions.
When capacity runs out
The queue visibly pauses further messages because of the limit. In the new month, only automations paused by that limit resume; your own manual pause remains a manual pause.
Waiting does not extend Meta rules. The seven-day private reply limit for comments and 24-hour window for regular DMs still apply. An expired message is not sent just because a new month starts.
What to check
- Review the actual allowance and reservations.
- Distinguish waiting due to the limit from a connection error in history.
- Do not try to bypass the limit by repeatedly creating the same rule. If a result is uncertain, check the actual Instagram conversation first.

Free includes 500 monthly DMs. Pro includes 5,000 DMs at CZK 149 or €5.99 monthly. Growth includes 20,000 DMs at CZK 249 or €9.99 monthly.
