Stories and keywords in DMs

Choose the right trigger and follow an actual message from a person.

Two different starting points

A Story reply and a keyword in an incoming DM have separate triggers. Choose the one that matches what the person actually does. A comment rule is not a substitute for a Story rule.

  1. In the editor, choose a Story reply or DM keyword trigger.
  2. For a Story, select the relevant available content if the selected flow requires it.
  3. Prepare the keyword and message and check the preview.

A follow-up is not a broadcast

The person starts the interaction. Regular DMs are sent within the permitted 24-hour window after their actual message. Story availability and API capabilities can vary; a missing metric does not establish that content never existed.

Before starting

Check the connection and sending status. Saving a draft does not activate the flow. Rewind handles older comments on one post, not past DMs or Stories.
